We only charge one postage cost regardless of the amount of items you purchase.
Standard Delivery - £2.50
Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours, Monday-Friday, and are and sent via Royal Mail. Delivery should be within 5 days, however this is subject to Royal Mail and should you wish a speedier delivery, please choose SPECIAL DELIVERY. If stock is unavailable or delivery will be delayed for whatever reason we will email you immediately to let you know.
Special Delivery - £5.95
Royal Maill guarantee that your order gets to you the next working day. These orders must be placed before 12.00 mid day, Monday to Friday to guarantee next working day delivery.This service is only available in uk and is subject to stock availability. If stock is unavailable or there will be a delay, we will contact you immediately to let you know.
Please note that the Royal Mail requires a signature for Special Delivery Packages, so someone needs to be available to sign for it at the delivery address.
European Standard - £3.00
Orders are dispatched by Airmail and you should allow up to 10 working days. However for a more secure delivery we would advise that you choose the International signed for option, below. Please note for all orders over £50.00, Signed for International is the only option for postage.
International/Worldwide Signed For - £5.50
For a more secure International/worldwide postal service.
Rest Of World Standard - £4.00
Orders are dispatched as above. Please note that there may be local custom or import duties charged when your parcel reaches your country. Unfortunately, as we have no control over these charges we cannot predict what these will be. Please note that for all orders over £50.00, Signed for International is the only option for postage.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason and return the item to us in its original packaging within 14 days (UK) 21 days Worldwide), unworn and saleable, with all labels still attached, we will be happy to exchange for another item or provide a credit note or refund. Please return items to PO Box 621, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF1 9JJ. We would suggest that you obtain a proof of postage from the post office, in case your parcel should go astray.
Any refund will be made in the same manner payment was made and excludes any refund for postage costs.
If exchange is for a higher priced item, a balance for the difference will be due and if exchanged goods are of a lower price, we will refund the difference. If goods are exchanged we do not charge postage for sending exchanged item out.
Although it is extremely rare for any order to go missing, should your item not arrive, please contact us. Please note that we send orders by Royal Mail and they do not consider a parcel to have gone missing until 15 days after postage in UK and 25 days after postage outside the UK.
